OWNER/FITNESS COACH
Sakou has taken his passion for health and fitness to the next level of business from training clients at the park, in his home garage to opening his own fitness center. With over twenty years of experience in the industry, his passion for health and fitness developed while serving as a United States Marine. Training his fellow Marines has given him a unique style of training that is based around his years of service.
Helping clients to lose weight, maintain a healthy way of life or just getting their body ready for the upcoming summer season is his vision for TWT Sports Performance.
Health and fitness is centered in his life and he is excited to aid you on your journey for a healthy and fit life style.

We do this through small group training for both adults and youth as well as one on one. for those looking to either excel in athletics or to moving toward a healthier way of life. We also offer strict meal plans in addition to bi weekly measurements and bench mark assessments.
